What is a cannabis backcross (BX)?

Repeatedly crossing offspring back to the mother plant to recover her genome. BX1 recovers about 75%, BX2 about 87.5% and BX3 about 93.75%, approaching a clone in seed form.

What germination standard does APEX DNA guarantee?

Every seed lot is germination-tested (paper towel, 21°C, 72h) and must reach at least 90% before release. Lots below 90% are not sold.

How does APEX DNA ensure traceability?

Each lot is HPLC-analysed for THC, CBD, CBG, CBN, THCV and terpenes, and carries a code (CH-[CODE]-[YEAR]-[LOT]-[GEN]) linking it to its parent plant, analysis reference and germination date.
