2. Nature of products
Important notice. All cannabis seeds sold on apex-dna.com are offered exclusively as collector's items and botanical heritage specimens for genetic preservation and scientific documentation purposes. They are not intended to be germinated or cultivated where prohibited by law. The buyer is solely responsible for verifying and complying with the laws applicable in their country, region, or jurisdiction before placing an order.
APEX DNA curates Swiss cannabis genetics that represent decades of breeding heritage. Our seeds are certified non-GMO, cultivated under Swiss phytosanitary standards, and packaged with full genetic traceability documentation. Product descriptions (THC/CBD percentages, terpene profiles, phenotype characteristics) are provided for informational and heritage documentation purposes only and do not constitute any guarantee of results.
3. Orders
Orders are placed exclusively through the online store at apex-dna.com/shop. By completing an order, the buyer acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including the legal responsibility clause (Article 7). Orders are confirmed by email upon receipt of payment. APEX DNA reserves the right to cancel any order that appears fraudulent, incomplete, or in violation of these terms, with a full refund.
4. Prices & payment
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) inclusive of any applicable taxes. Apex Web Media operates under the Swiss small business exemption regime — no VAT is currently charged on sales.
Payment is accepted via:
- SEPA bank transfer — IBAN details provided after order confirmation. Payment due within 5 business days. The order is processed once payment is received.
- Bitcoin (BTC) — wallet address provided after order confirmation. Payment due within 48 hours at the quoted conversion rate.
Orders for which payment is not received within the indicated deadline may be cancelled automatically.
5. Shipping
Orders are shipped from Switzerland via standard postal service (Swiss Post / La Poste CH) in discreet, unmarked packaging with no mention of cannabis or APEX DNA on the exterior.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and included in the order total.
- Free shipping is applied automatically on qualifying orders above the stated threshold.
- Estimated delivery: 3–10 business days within Europe; 7–21 days internationally. These are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
- APEX DNA is not liable for delays, losses, or seizures caused by customs authorities. The buyer is solely responsible for knowing the import regulations applicable in their country.
6. Returns & cancellations
Given the nature of the products (perishable biological specimens sold as collector's items), returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- The order was shipped in error (wrong product).
- The packaging arrived visibly damaged.
In such cases, contact us within 7 days of receipt at [email protected] with photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion. No returns are accepted for products seized by customs or where the buyer has provided an incorrect delivery address.
Orders may be cancelled without charge before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
7. Buyer's legal responsibility
The buyer acknowledges and agrees that:
(a) Cannabis seeds are subject to varying legal status depending on jurisdiction. In some countries, regions, or territories, their possession, importation, germination, or cultivation may be restricted or prohibited.
(b) Seeds purchased on apex-dna.com are sold exclusively as collector's items and botanical heritage specimens, not intended for germination or cultivation where prohibited by applicable law.
(c) By placing an order, the buyer declares that they have verified the laws applicable in their country and jurisdiction, that they are purchasing the seeds in full compliance with those laws, and that they assume sole and entire legal responsibility for their use.
(d) Apex Web Media / APEX DNA cannot be held liable for any legal consequence arising from the buyer's use of the products in a jurisdiction where such use is restricted or prohibited.
8. Age restriction
Products sold on apex-dna.com are strictly reserved for persons aged 18 or older. By placing an order, the buyer confirms they are of legal age. APEX DNA reserves the right to cancel any order where this condition is not met.
9. Loyalty programme
Loyalty points are earned on qualifying purchases and certain actions (newsletter subscription, drop registration, social media validation). Points have no monetary value outside the APEX DNA store credit system. Store credit (balance in EUR) can be applied as a discount at checkout. APEX DNA reserves the right to modify or discontinue the loyalty programme at any time with reasonable notice.
10. Intellectual property
All genetic strain names, breeding documentation, photography, and site content are the exclusive property of Apex Web Media and are protected under Swiss and international intellectual property law. Reproduction or commercial use without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
11. Personal data
Personal data collected during the ordering process (name, email, shipping address) is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and, where applicable, managing your member account. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed exclusively by Swiss law. Any dispute arising from the sale or use of products purchased on apex-dna.com shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Canton of Fribourg, Switzerland.
